This article started off by capitalizing on the fact that sometime in the near future, China's economy will surpass America's. Which is really no surprise  since China practically owns us at this point due to our admirably huge debt. One of the things that facilitates capitalist growth in China is the amount of power the government gets. In a way, it would seem that communism works a bit better in some ways than we give them credit for since, government doesn't have to worry so much about the people's opinions they can go ahead with their plans and save time.
